Google Assistant

Alonso Network Google Assistant is a self-hosted personal tool by Alonso Network that connects your own Google accounts to an AI assistant, so your email gets read, organized, and followed up on — across every inbox at once, from infrastructure you control.

What this application does

Google Assistant links one or more of your personal Google accounts to an AI agent (via the Model Context Protocol) and uses that access to triage, label, and surface the email that needs your attention — including follow-ups you would otherwise miss across multiple inboxes.

It is built and operated by Alonso Network for personal use. It is not a public service, does not sell access, and connects only the accounts that you explicitly authorize.

Capabilities

• Unified triage — reads across every connected account at once and ranks what actually needs a response, instead of one inbox at a time.
• Organization — applies labels, archives noise, and groups related threads so the inbox reflects priority rather than arrival order.
• Follow-up tracking — flags threads that are waiting on you, or that you are waiting on, and resurfaces them on a schedule so nothing goes stale.

Google data it accesses and why

The App requests only the scopes needed for the features you use:

• gmail.modify — read messages to triage them, and apply labels, archive, or move threads to organize your inbox. It does not permanently delete mail.
• gmail.send (if enabled) — send or draft replies on your behalf when you ask the assistant to follow up.
• calendar.events (if enabled) — read and create calendar events to schedule follow-ups and surface conflicts referenced in email.
• drive.file (if enabled) — open and save only the specific files you attach or share with the assistant, never your whole Drive.

How your data is handled

• Access is used solely to provide the features described above — nothing else.
• Your data is processed on private infrastructure operated by Alonso Network and is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
• Only the accounts you explicitly authorize are connected; you can revoke access at any time from your Google Account security settings.
• Google user data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.

The App's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
